All VELUX products are made to exacting standards from the highest quality materials, and have been designed for many years of trouble-free service. This is why all VELUX blinds & shutters are supported by a 3 year guarantee with the exception of the replacement blackout blind (DBL) supported by a 2 year guarantee, which does not in any way affect your statutory rights.
